This agreement is made between both parties in the exchange of services for payment.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following and Agreement is made by all parties involved and listed in Reservation information. Hold Harmless applies to Coast Day Tripper, its parent company - Vacay Maid LLC, its owners and affiliates.

Participants of the scavenger hunt promise to act respectively to nature, businesses and owners and general public while completing their hunt.

Participants understand that they are solely responsible for themselves and their team mates. Participants agree to hold Harmless Coast Day Tripper, Vacay Maid LLC, all owners, affiliates and etc. from injury of any degree incurred by participants or received from outside sources or people.

Participants agree that any disability should be considered and accommodated by participants in a way that is made safe for completion of the scavenger hunt OR to not participate in the hunt and not be listed on the included players list on your reservation information.

Participants understand that rental equipment is a suggestion only and Coast Day Tripper (including Vacay Maid LLc, all owners, affiliates, etc) has no physical or monetary interest in these businesses and can not be held accountable for any issues or harm related to any outside service or equipment.
